The lady didn't really move, and I wasn't going near her because she wasn't wearing a mask of any kind. After a while, she tried to get the lady to move over so I could order.
So they finished taking her order and one (the manager) starts trying to help her get a Panera's app on her phone or something like that. There was really no other business just a couple kids at tables.
She was taking a lot time which is OK - I get it - I'll be like that pretty soon. me who was kind of fumbling (lumbering?) to get her order out. Anyway, there was a very nice older lady ahead of. I mean it was only ordering a sandwich to go at the counter, so maybe I shouldn't expect much. I'm probably being too hard on the service. That would be the sandwich and the service.
